2018 Recovery Day Booth Registration

Exhibit Booths 

  • A FULL TENT will be under a full 10' x 10' canopy with two 3' x 6' tables, tablecloths and four chairs provided.
  • A HALF TENT will be under a shared 10' x 10' canopy with another organization. Each organization will be provided with one 3' x 6' table, tablecloth and two chairs. 

Event sponsors will have a FULL TENT, a 10' x 10' canopy in the front row facing the center area of activities. Each booth will be provided with two 3'x6' tables, tablecloths, four chairs. Event sponsors do not need to use this form to register for a booth but may register here.

Important Information

The reserved booth will be assigned to your organization upon arrival at CHECK IN at the USARA Booth at the Gallivan Center. 

No unpackaged food items may be served from booths per Utah Health Department regulations. Pre-packaged treats may be given away. There will be food vendors available at the event. 

Free Parking is available below Gallivan Center, in the One Utah Center Garage, enter on 200 South, driving eastbound from Main to State Street. Be sure when you exit the parking garage for the day write on your Ticket “Recovery Day” and you will not be charged. 

If your organization can not afford to pay for a booth, a limited number of scholarships are available. Please fill out the application here.
