The Recovery Leadership Initiative (RLI) is a peer-to-peer program designed to assist individuals and families making a meaningful transition into stable, long term addiction recovery. We offer one-on-one peer coaching, an 11-module recovery skills curriculum, a full calendar of support groups celebrating all pathways to recovery, and weekly sober family activities at our Recovery Community Center.

Our Recovery Leader Mentorship is a 6 month program aimed to bridge the gap between leaving treatment or court-mandated supervision and successfully reintegrating into the community. It also provides valuable experience for peers who are dedicated to becoming a leader in the recovery movement or are interested in learning what it’s like to work in a non-profit peer support setting.
