RECOVERY MANAGEMENT

Individual Support

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

The primary goals of ARM are to reduce barriers impacting recovery, improve family relationships and social supports, and increase job readiness by connecting individuals to employment resources. Our Recovery Coaches utilize strength based coaching to assist participants in developing skills to enhance financial responsibility and recovery skills in order to attain and maintain long term recovery.

Family Support

FAMILY SUPPORT

For Family members, ARM will utilize the Community Reinforcement Approach and Family Training (CRAFT) model. CRAFT is a comprehensive behavioral approach and evidence based practice for treating addiction and supporting family.  This support group is offered at USARA weekly.-

Skills Courses

SKILLS COURSES

ARM participants will attend a minimum of two life skills classes while in the program, and may attend more as appropriate or desired. USARA will provide a variety of courses designed specifically to help empower you in your recovery.  These courses vary from employer message training, application and resumé writing, and how to interview as a returning citizen (ex-offender). Other supportive efforts and recovery management are more personally tailored and pertain to the needs of specific participating families.
