What is the Family Resource Facilitator Project?  The Family Resource Facilitator (FRF) Project aims to support each member of the family in an effort to strengthen the foundation of the family unit. Support is provided by utilizing community resources and establishing community connections with the help of a Family Resource Facilitator.

What role does the Family Resource Facilitator play?
